Project #3 Blog Post 1

For the mold project, I want to expand off of my first project with the rock salt forms.  I will use my preexisting rock salt sculptures and mold many more and put them together to make large growth-like forms.  I have been looking at artists such as David Altmejd and Petah Coyne who both play with the idea of fantasy and much of their work protrudes from it's surroundings, which is an idea that I am going to play with.  I have more specifically been looking at the images below.
